WOW – Challenge

Work Of the Week (WOW) is a 6-week fitness challenge designed to test fitness, consistency, grit, bring our community together, push individual limits, and create a fun, friendly, competitive environment for all fitness levels. Complete one scored workout each week. At the end, top male and female athletes are recognized. After a 2-week break, the cycle restarts. 🏋️

      • 6-week length

      • One scored WOW workout per week (EMOMs, AMRAPs, and chipper-styles)

      • Must follow workout instructions and movement standards

      • Scores submitted same day

      • Judges may be assigned

      • No-reps do not count

        • Men

        • Women

          • RX weights

          • Scaled weights

        NOTE: Choose one before Week 1 and stay for full program.

            • Athletes ranked by performance each week

            • Rankings explained at the beginning of each WOW

            • Weekly rankings convert to points

            • Highest total points after 6 workouts wins

              • 1st place – 100 pts

              • 2nd place – 95 pts

              • 3rd place – 90 pts

              • 4th place – 85 pts

              • 5th place – 80 pts

              • 6th place – 75 pts

              • All completed workouts earn a minimum of 50 pts.

                • +20 pts for athletes completing all 6 workouts

                  • Consistency is a big part of what makes WOW work — both for individual progress and for building a strong gym culture.  If you sign up for WOW, you’re committing to 6 consecutive weeks of participation.
