Work Of the Week (WOW) is a 6-week fitness challenge designed to test fitness, consistency, grit, bring our community together, push individual limits, and create a fun, friendly, competitive environment for all fitness levels. Complete one scored workout each week. At the end, top male and female athletes are recognized. After a 2-week break, the cycle restarts.
